Choral

Middle C choral music is sold at full price for the first copy, then half-price for any additional copies of the same choral work.  The current rates are $9 (plus GST = $9.90) full price, and $4.50 (plus GST = $4.95) for half-price additional copies.

AMCOS regulations permit choral directors to make five legal photocopies from each original.  This means that you would need to purchase three originals for an eighteen voice choir (3 originals plus 15 photocopies = 18 sets of music) consisting of one original at full price and two originals at half price.

This pricing policy provides an incentive for choral directors to stay within AMCOS guidelines, avoids costly minimum bulk purchase requirements, and helps to discourage illegal photocopying.
